We have a report of a customer who complained on below standard cake taste, during their order in our nagoya Hill outlet, however, it was found out that they actually ordered and then pick up at Harbour Bay, not at our outlet, but at R!@$L - unfortunately such case is out of our hands- We have to pass the cakes to that bakery as they have the 'paid' receipt. We are utterly clueless on the reason of such case. We found it difficult to understand why one will pass products to customer who does not even pay for it becoz they pay to our competitor, apart from some possible ridiculous reasons:-(.
